When i originally made the reservation I got a dolly, furniture dolly, and pads. When I went to check in the night before the extra equipment wasn’t on the reservation so I had to add it back and it wasn’t with the trick the next morning. No fault of the location but I think an issue with the app. The mobile check in was easy and the staff at the location where I went to pick up the dolly’s was really helpful and friendly.
