Could a checklist be created for what a customer renting a vehicle should do prior to leaving the lot and prior to dropping off the keys? I’m all for an easy process of getting out the door, but this process almost felt unnecessarily aloof. I didn’t feel confident that I had documented everything I should have prior to leaving the lot and again when returning.

Kyle BThe mobile check in is wonky and got messed up. If the truck won't be readily available and visible in the lot to the customer, the system should let the customer know to go inside. We spent several minutes looking for our truck before we went in for help. Turns out, it was in the back. Great customer service from the man inside, though!
