If it wasn’t for the owner of Parker Feed helping me with my self check out the day before I was to get my rental, I would have been in a huge bind. They were excellent. U-Haul prior to customers who have to do self checkout need to give better instructions so that process goes smoothly. I was delayed by an hour. I did get a U-Haul employee on the phone the morning of, he did a great job helping me out. But what happened should have never happened and could have been avoided if you walk through and explain the U-Haul app and or mobile check out.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe system to rent a truck here is horrible. I will never go back here and I'm seriously questioning whether I'll ever use any uhaul rental place again. The fees are ridiculous, the instructions are unclear, the setup is bad. I'm going to actively tell people to avoid this place and look for uhaul alternatives. It was a horrible, horrible experience
