the truck should not been put on the road. it has 142000 miles on it. the brakes were bad, the steering was horrible, near 60 miles hang on for dear life. no power going up the hills.it should not have been put on hiway especially 87 from payson to mesa. now i know why the agent strongly recommented the insurance. the truck rented week before was good.

JOHN EI arrived at Rim Country Storage/ Uhaul and Jeff was there to greet me. He was very knowledgeable and very polite, helpful and accommodating. His attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. He made it easy to change the original corse of action to accommodate a different size storage and worked to find me a good deal. Even bought us water and popsicles when we were unloading. ;) It’s very nice to see people who really care and are willing to go out of their way to help make others comfortable! Desiree was also very nice to work with professional, patient and helpful. Overall I am pleased with Rim Country Staff and their support! 😁👍🏼🌻
