I was called the day before my scheduled pick up and they told me that the uhaul center I chose didn’t have a 10 ft truck but one was available slightly further away at 2312 W northern ave. I was happy to accommodate. The following day rolls around and I uber to the uhaul store only to find that nobody is there. No uhaul representative and nobody that works at Health and Discovery lifeline. My only option at that time was to call uhaul and get dispatched over the phone which took about an hour. Additionally, the dolly and blankets I ordered were not stored in the back of the truck, so uhaul made me drive my truck to a new location to pick up the equipment further inconveniencing me and delaying my move.
