My issue was not with this pickup location or the truck itself. The problem was with the Moving Help service I booked through U-Haul. I rented a 15' truck on August 20 and also booked two movers for four hours. The movers never showed up, which left me unable to complete my move. I had taken an unpaid day off work and specifically hired movers because I had heavy furniture and could not safely move it alone. Although the moving labor charge was later refunded, I still lost a day of income and paid for a truck that I could not fully use. Because of this no-show, I will now need to arrange another day off, rent another truck, and hire movers again. I hope U-Haul reviews this situation and helps provide a fair resolution.
