The person who helped me was a little eh.. made a smart comment about my timing because even though I was an hour early, it started raining when I had to drive around to the back of the building to unload the trailer from my car. I guess he doesn't like getting wet in the rain.

Night drop. I never met anyone but did call to arrange the night drop and was handled professionally.

Privacy RI was an emergency situation and needing a trailer last minute to replace mine that had structural failure. (Spring bracket broke) They were able to get me set up with a reservation and a pick-up time within 15 minutes of my call. The trailer was prepped and ready to go and the paperwork only took minutes. This enabled me to transport band equipment to a venue for a performance the same afternoon. A miraculous save!
