When I went to the J Mobile station to return the truck, I went inside with my key. The woman at the counter told me it was an automated process and that they don't handle uhauls there. I told her that I was giving no instructions on how to proceed she gave me a phone number that had an hour long wait. I had to call a friend who also rent U-Hauls to find out what to do. The app also found three times and eventually it had a dual manual process to return the truck appropriately.

Fix the ignition , truck would not start unless u jiggled key for 10 min, afraid to shut it off, so i had to leave it running while i loadad and unloaded the truck, so upsetting.

Charles RThe equipment seemed old, the sun visor clip had fallen out and it was flopping down. The worst part was that it was almost impossible to turn the key in the ingnition. We struggled for about 10 minutes before we could get it to turn on, then decided to leave it running so as not to have to go through that again.
