We had to call the posted number and ring the doorbell for service multiple times because the app gave me the wrong mailbox for the key pick up.

I should have listened to the previous 20 one star reviews. Regret coming here. Took almost 2 hours to retrieve the car. No is at the location. Online pickup is a mess. They charged me extra fees which I am disputing now. Do not book here.
DANIEL LThis location is the worst. Never go here. It is an automated only system that works poorly. I was also, missing a hand truck that I ordered and paid for and the start millage was also incorrect what a mess really
JOSEPH LIt took over an hour to log on to the U-Haul website and retrieve the key for the rental truck. I was still charged for the full day. I spent an hour in the phone with customer support before someone was able to resolve the issue and release the truck.
