Bruce AWhen we picked up the vehicle, the tank was empty (on purpose) to prevent people from drilling holes in the tanks and draining the gas at night time.. The office was only staffed by only one person who was helpful but late. On return, there was no one there and no key drop off. People were hanging out in their cars listening to music in the parking lot and blocking the driveway to return the vehicles. We left the key with the cashier at the gas station connected to the office. Totally unprofessional.

CHARLES CThe location was great but other than that I was going to complain about U-haul changing my pickup location from right by my old apartment to a very far away one. Then after finding a better site for me and coordinating with the service I got a 50usd reimbursement so my total was amost nothing. I really can’t fight with that it was amazing
