How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged twice
Sage SI reserved the uhaul about a month in advance and added 10 moving blankets to my order. They didn't have the supplies for me when I arrived, so they took it off my order. The guy was kind enough to find 2 moving blankets for me and gave them to me free of change, but overall this location feels disorganized at best.
AUBREY J3 people working at the location and they made me disconnect the trailer. I told them I have rented trailers from U-Haul for decades and never was asked to disconnect trailer. They said well you would have to if you came after hours. Rude and inconsiderate.
