The man was rude. His store smelt strongly like cat pee. The U-Haul was disgusting, we had to buy cleaning supplies and wipe down the steering wheel and seats. The seatbelt had a terrible stench of body odor. I was told on the phone by a U-Haul representative not to take it back to the same store or else I would get charged thousands of dollars. The man told me to take it back to his place "OR ELSE I WILL charge you thousands of dollars." Ended up with an outstanding bill of a thousand dollars. This experience will make me never want to use U-Haul again after multiple rentals, and I will be making sure to tell many people how this experience was.

don mThe manager of the place was curt and abrasive. I had never rented a uhaul myself before and he treated me poorly with his tone, the way he answered my questions, and the assumptions he made about me.
