Terrible customer service. Tried to over charge me for returning off hours when I didn’t. Charged me $10 for a cleaning fee for a 4x7 open air trailer!!!! Nothing left inside it. Unreal how awful this experience was.

Improve the reliability of your app, so I don't get charged for not being able to upload images. A note to say I will get charged would have been appreciated instead of a document telling me what to do and saying I'm all good. Exaggerating my miles and the gas level was not appreciated, but I didn't have the dash picture to prove. You act like a scam company to steal an extra $60 off of me.
Jonathan CRented a trailer for 1 day. Missed this locations closing time by 15 minutes due to I-405 road closures over the weekend. Had the trailer waiting in the parking lot at 8am as soon as they opened the next day, to which she responded “dropping off? Just leave it in the parking lot, we will check it off when we have a chance” and they still charged me for a full second day. Pretty weak move to charge me a 2nd day without even disclosing that. Not going to use this location, or probably U-Haul again. Certainly not going to recommend.
