Michael SOV himself and the other employee was very nice and personable. He was very busy and the process took longer than planned at an hour. Bathroom had no soap. Again, nice, genuine people, but nothing like your return location which set the bar so high, everything else will fall short.

william mI was not informed of a "mileage allowance". Furthermore I was assigned to drop off and return my truck at a location so far away just from the pickup place that it already took over half my MILEAGE ALLOWANCE. What an absolute freaking rip off.
