Our Uhual had some kind of leak or hole in the structure of the vehicle that allowed water to damage all of our belongings. Heart breaking experience. Would not recommend

Dave CI’ve rented from U-Haul numerous times and have received good customer service at other locations. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have consistently been disappointing. On more than one occasion, staff arrived late to open the office even though I had an 8:30 a.m. reservation. I’ve also been made to feel invisible and unacknowledged while waiting for assistance. The office itself is dirty and disorganized, with files and other items scattered on the floor. I hope management addresses these concerns because customers should be welcomed, acknowledged, and served on time, especially when they’ve made a reservation.
Kelley AThe truck was not clean when I picked it up, there was dust on the Cargo Box floor, there was also a pair of used glove inside. We have had so many rental experience, and we did not think it was a problem. But this time, we got charged for the cleaning fee after return.
