It’s very dark outside by the trucks and trying to find out where the key box is and getting into it was a challenge. Vehicle was noticeably dirty, and the instrument panel said a rear tire was low on air. It was handy to have the vehicle at a gas station although the gas tank wasn’t full so it was hard to know how much gas to refilll it with.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck we ordered ended up needing some maintenance so they totally accommodated us with an upgrade and an early pickup at no charge. It was a nice feel good!
Mary SEfficient and friendly.
KELLEY BFan did not work for the AC. I did not need the AC on this rental.
Chad CNice trailer. I just was unsure where to leave it as all spots were taken.
