Customer service was lacking… and I was charged for an extra day bc they only told me to drop the key into the return box and nothing about filling out a return form via a link that was sent that I never received. Boost mobile, perfume/cologne and uhaul… just trying to swindle anyone they can.
Kel LLocation is NOT what we signed up for, but several miles out of the way. It’s not even a UHaul location, but a phone store that reeks of cigarette smoke. Very disappointed in U-Haul screwing up the location without asking/notifying us first.

Carol RWell the owners were rude. Refused to print a receipt or check the vehicle with me there when the check out online was acting funny... Now all of a sudden I drove "100miles" when I stayed in town and drove no more than 65miles in town.
