Since I arrived at 4:10PM, U-Haul check-in was unavailable at the site, had to return the truck using the app. Was told where to park the truck and to deposit the key. No further interaction required.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off after hours so can’t really rate the location or the staff. But drop off after hours was easy and convenient.
Mark SAt the last minute there was no truck available and I had to drive out of my way to another location. This location was unexpectedly closed on my pickup day and I had to complete a remote pickup at the last minute. Finally, there was less than 1/8th of a tank of gas meaning I had to get fuel right away. Overall, not the overall level of service I was expecting.
Dave II booked in advanced a 26 ft. The location changed, I went to the new location and they didn’t have it. That sent me to a location and I only got a 20 ft. This forced me to take an additional trip because I needed the extra 6 ft.
