The truck was great and the location we picked it from was great but we downloaded the U-Haul app for mobile pickup and it didn’t allow us to use the 24/7 truck share mobile pickup then when I tried calling customer service it took almost an hour to get someone on the phone very disappointed with the app and not being able to get a live agent with in a few minutes was very frustrating! And we tried using the app on my iPhone and my fiance iPhone and kept saying call customer service!!! Thanks

Eileen EI easily reserved the cargo van online. When I arrived the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. We rented an almost new cargo van which was very clean. The staff at the site were skilled and very friendly . I highly recommend the U Haul site on Route 202, Ringoes, NJ
