How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery busy location with only one person working. But he was very nice.
Darren OLights on trailer had a bad connection. Had to check multiple times and secure connection for all to work. Was surprised I had to assist with hookup when I arrived to pick up trailer. There was only the counter lady there to help. Trailer was sitting at awkward angle in grass area. Wasn’t easy to lift tongue and place hitch on ball. If I had not been physically able to do so not sure we would have been able to hitch up.

Brian NHired moving help to move our bussiness. Crew that showed up on the Perry end arrived on site yelling out my name asking why I did not pick up my phone. They had the wrong number. They then proceeded to ask me for a tip at least 5 times during the job. While driving to the drop off location I got multiple calls from the help hired to offload. They had multiple jobs that day are we’re unsure if they could time it right. We arrived and started to offload. The crew contacted me at 4 pm stating their truck broke down and would not make it. I am now receiving emails from Uhaul saying I should release the pay code to the team or my card will be charged. Why do I as the customer have to spend hours on the phone to coordinate a non payment for a crew that never showed
