I know equipment turn around was pretty quick, but the back of the truck was littered with trash, (water bottles, pieces of paper, pieces of leftover ropes hanging from the rails), as well as dirt and leaves. It wasnt a huge deal, I threw the trash away, cut the ropes down, and swept it out before loading it. But it would have been nice for it to be 100% ready to go when I picked it up. On top of that I was relocating a car dolly uhaul asked me to. I did not need it and did not use it. When asked if I would use it to tow a vehicle I told them no so I did not need to add Insurance on it. On the final receipt I saw they added that I would use it to tow a vehicle and charged me their insurance rate for using it, which ended up being about $10 less than the discount they offered me to move it for them. That kinda irritated me a little.

They were closed (Sunday) so used the key drop box. Convenient location though.
Michael VNo one there at check in. Check in process is cumbersome and time consuming. Consider adding a QR code that can be scanned to speed up accessing the checkin site.
