Everything was awesome.
Shannah SI rented an appliance dolly from U-Haul and was never told that one was not available. I left without a dolly but was still charged for a dolly. If I had not checked and asked for a refund, U-Haul would have made more money off of me without ever saying anything. Bad business practices.
John RI was offered no assistance with connecting my trailer, other than a YouTube video. The trailer tongue was on the ground and my special needs daughter and I had to lift it ourselves in order to get it on my truck. The employee simply said “Hope you brought help- it’s heavy! This is a no-lifting zone.”
