A taped message on the front door shows a phone number for "Dre" which I used to check-in at 11:20a on 8/30/2026. Dre was very helpful by phone and text and "remotely" checked-in my 1-way 20-ft truck rental in less than 15 min. SUGGESTION: Please update this Ruston, LA. facility's SUN. store hours as "CLOSED" on the website.

The inside of the store looks like a tornado ran through. There is literally trash everywhere inside. U-Haul should really go check this place out. Absolute joke for a business….
