I really don't see how you can improve , customer service was excellent. Your staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this location to everyone in that area. 👍

Truck was clean but the windshield was covered with bug spatters. Could have clean it up before renting it out. The wiper didn’t touch the bug spatters while driving
Ricardo VYour app needs to be much more stable. It’s user friendly overall but then randomly hangs. I seem to always run into issues with the app.
Brian TThe truck that I was assigned had 180,000 miles on it. This led to poor fuel economy and poor ride. The fan for the air conditioner also did not work. Moving in 90 degree heat with wildfire smoke at dangerous levels with no working air conditioner made a long day even more difficult. Why assign old has been trucks when newer ones are sitting right next to it. I am seriously considering buying an enclosed trailer so I would no longer have to use U-Haul.
Shane YI am beyond disappointed and if I could get a refund then I absolutely would. Not only was I charged $160 to use a U-Haul from Friday July 10th at 9am to Saturday July 11th at 4:15pm. They also charged me an additional $51.70 for 9 gallons of gas. That is $5.67 per gallon that is absolutely ridiculous. I was not made aware that we needed to fill the U-Haul before returning it. We didn’t go over in mileage, we drove 125 miles and were charged an additional amount for gas. If I would’ve been made aware of this, I would’ve put gas in it myself but I was not made aware. I am very upset and I will never be renting a u-haul again. -10/10 experience I couldn’t be more disappointed.
