The workers were RUDE! Pluse they couldn't do the rental without the approval from the owner even though we had a reservation. That is RIDICULOUS. I will be putting a review elsewhere to discourage future people from renting from there.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no signage for where to park the truck and trailer when we got to the location. Then the associate yelled at us for parking in the wrong place. We moved the truck and trailer to where we believed it was asked to go then she yelled at us again once we reparked.
