The trailer does not have an integral jack. This presents a safety concern when attaching and removing it from the vehicle. I had to use a car jack to lift it high enough to get it off my hitch. It was unstable and could have easily fallen. I was worried that it could fall and trap my hand under the tongue.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff was great
JODY SThe owner/operator needs to clearly mark customer parking vs truck parking as the location is in an extremely congested space. His attitude and overall customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Highly recommend an audit or additional training for the owner of this location.
DANIEL YThe owner/manager was unprofessional and grumpy. He did not make the experience enjoyable. He needs to be much more friendlier.
Cacy CNo problem everything was great
