Rental was in excellent condition, super easy check in and check out process. The only snag was there was no gas.

Ramiro GThe drop off location was an unmanned mud hole. A Uhaul truck was literally sunk to the axles. There was no open spot to put the trailer and unhooking the trailer was almost impossible. The tongue of the trailer weighs much more than a normal person can lift off of a stock height HD truck by oneself. I actually had to help the guy at the pick up location get it on. I won't rent another one of your trailers since they don't have tongue jacks.
Kevin GThis was the most horrible experience we’ve ever had with y’all. The truck wasn’t even able to be driven back to the location. We had to have it towed because the gas gauge was broken and the gas cap was broken and not sealing the tank. So dangerous! We will think twice before using U-Haul again.
Teresa sThe mobile check in does not work. I was given a vehicle with damage. The contact for this site is not good with communication, nor did the contact acknowledge the pick up, mileage, damage, or return. I was overcharged for my rental and had to contact customer support. This contact that runs this site needs to be fired, and site shut down. This is the number [redacted]3 that lied on my behalf, this other number [redacted] is listed at the facility and does nothing. Fire who runs it and shut it down today. I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism from a business like this before. Uhaul needs to do the right thing and do better.
