First it's a market and people that were shopping were getting priority over people that were trying to rent a truck. Also there was no drop box to leave the key at the end of the night when the market was closed so what do you do? We parked the truck on the street and kept the key because we didn't know where to put the key but we left the truck where they could see it. We ended up getting a traffic violation for parking in a place where we weren't supposed to park and didn't know. The renter of the truck ended up having a seizure that night and went to the hospital for 5 days. We were charged for the extra days but were refunded the money, which was an excellent thing. I wasn't expecting to get a refund. Just really too confusing, too much

Andres DWhen I rented the cargo van when I went to pick it up and got to the van, it was filthy dirty the interior the exterior was filthy dirty I walked around the van and did an inspection. One of the tires had the flat tire spare on it, it had no fuel in the gas tank very little enough for me to get across the street to the gas station, and I had an event to be at and the event represents me and my business, and the van was not suitable to do so, and I was very disappointed didn’t have time to go and clean. The van and put gas in it. I needed to be at the event immediately, so my needs were to get to a clean fuel van and go to the event and represent my business and that wasn’t possible very disappointed.
Greg FGreat staff. Easy to work with.
Casey CThe efficient service received from Cortez Hill Market was great! The truck we rented, was missing a gas cap.
