While the truck was in good condition overall, it is an aging truck. We had an issue with the key becoming stuck in the ignition. It just wouldn’t turn no matter what we did. We had to call for roadside assistance. Luckily, we did manage to juggle the key loose and canceled the assistance.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer service was great ! Someone answered the phone when I had a question, that’s rare! Easy pick up and drop off.
Marisa EWe felt safe being dropped off and found the checkin process fairly easy with the exception of trying to load the pictures to the app. It just wasn’t letting us load the pictures.
Sarah RVery good. Nothing is needed.
Ike WNot sure about the cleanliness of the location since I literally was told to drop of the keys and in a slot and that they would take care of the return. I also returned the gas gauge at the proper fuel level but was charged an additional $15 dollars for fuel. The personnel at the front counter did not even come and look at the fuel gauge, asked me if I had filled it up or anything related to my rental. I had to file a dispute with my CC company as I had taken photos of the gas gauge before I even left the original location and also had the copy of the email sent to me showing where the "gas gauge" was at the time of return and it was the same amount.
