THOMAS BYou have extraordinary service at you Prado Rd. center. The reason is the work of your manager, Jason. He is the best: personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He makes it a pleasure to pick up a rental.
TIMOTHY BI was initially turned away from dropping off my 5x8 enclosed trailer. The worker was not pleasant and told that I should call the 800 number to find another location to drop off my trailer. I drove away and quickly called the 800 number and was advised to return to the exact same location to drop it off. When I arrived the same man who working the counter was trying to get in his car to go to lunch and then I would have to wait an additional hour to drop off my trailer. Fortunately, I was able to stop him and he did take my trailer. The whole interaction was completely unprofessional.
Donald TThe pick up location was changed after I made the initial reservation. Instead of a pick up location less than a quarter mile away, it was moved just a few days before to this location approximately 13 miles away.
