Candice KSLO Mini Storage is quick and efficient. My complaint is with the U-Haul company. I reserved, a week in advance, an open 5x9 trailer. I looked on the website and it showed one was available at my local U-Haul location. The day before I got a call telling me it wasn't avaialble. I don't see how that's possible. If someone else reserved it before me, why did it show as being available. I know the fine print says it may not be avaiable but how can U-Haul run a business that tells people what they can rent and then not have it ready when the show up.
Thomas PThe communication with the staff was excellent in advance of the rental pick-up. The pick-up went smoothly and the the staff was kind and helpful. The agent was cooperative and friendly and the drop-off process was explained fully. It was a positive experience.
James MWe dropped off this trailer at 3:30 PM. Their closing time was 5:00 PM. This was the location specified by U-Haul for where to drop it. We got a call at 4:00 PM saying we were not allowed to drop the trailer there. They were very adamant that they were a U-Haul dealership, but they didn't take trailers. We said that's not our problem. I just got hit with a late drop-off fee and a cleaning fee. I believe this was in retaliation. I think you need to take immediate action against this location.
