PakMail was great, representative was excellent - professional, helpful, pleasant. Very good experience except the online links and web apps did not work or crashed repeatedly on my phone. Those apps were not helpful, wasted time and patience. Fix them or trash them.

Was surprised that I was charged $20 for returning van after office was closed. I feel cheated. Would not recommend.
Lewis LHello, I am disputing the $51 fuel charge that was added to my rental. I received the van with approximately a quarter tank of gas and returned it with the same amount. My total trip was only about 31 miles, and I had the van for approximately 3 hours. There is no mathematical way I could have used enough fuel to justify this charge. Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle, the app would not allow me to take the required photos during check-in. I immediately informed the representative on site, who acknowledged that there were issues with the app/service. Charging me for fuel under these circumstances is unacceptable and feels like a predatory business practice. I am requesting that this $51 fuel charge be removed immediately. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank and will not be using U-Haul’s services again. Thank you,

RUBEN AThe truck had A/C for all of about two minutes. I had already spent 30 minutes checking in the vehicle and did not have time to exchange for another. Online experience seemed to differ from my actual rental because the order that they got had extra equipment I didn't remember ordering.
