Mike hThe reception was not very happy to work there. She seemed matter of fact. Not welcoming at all. Not one smile. When I got to the truck it had a cardboard sign in the window. I got out of the truck to hand them the sign and a gentleman said that had to stay in the truck so he folded it and put it behind the seat. Not a big deal but I shouldn’t have to figure out what to do with it.
Michelle HI got the trailer home just to find out that the tail lights didn't work on one side, and the brake lights and turn signal were intermittent. I tried getting another trailer but was told by U Haul that I needed to go through roadside assistance which I waited for, only for u hual to tell me I needed to get another trailer which wouldn't be available until the following day, which would not work since the need for the trailer was time sensitive. This wasn't necessarily the rental locations fault, but I felt U Haul customer service was not adequate for the issue I was dealing with.
