I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I received it, and I returned the vehicle more than half an hour before the delivery time, I didn't exceed the mileage limit, and yet they still charged me almost $4 extra for I don't know what.

I reserved a 10’ U-Haul truck for a full 1-day rental a week in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, my reservation had been changed to a 15’ truck which I was fine with because they said the price would be same for me. But I was then told I had to return it within 15 hours because another customer had reserved it afterward. I explained that my original booking was for a full day and I even had a screenshot and confirmation email as proof. But the customer service representative (a lady with short hair) said that I had only booked the truck for four hours and refused to accept my reservation details. I needed the truck for my move so I accepted the keys instead of continuing to argue and because of that I had to rush my move-out and return the truck earlier than my original booking allowed to avoid any potential late fees which messed up my entire moving plan.

Kevin PWell dont have confusing message sent to people after a truck is reserved changing pickup times 2 or 3 times.Good thing place where i got rental from had clue what to do. After reservation is made left it ALONE
