The man at the desk when we picked up the truck wasn't helpful and was rude. He have us the key and said there you go. We had to go outside and use the app to take pictures of the truck and finish the reservation. Then when my husband got into the truck, he saw there was only an 1/8 of a tank of gas for our one way rental from Savannah, GA to Somerset, NJ. So I went inside to tell him and found out he went home and the person who was there said she couldn't help us because she didn't give us the key to the truck. I called the 800 number and got a very nice and helpful representative who told me to put the person on the phone. She told the rep the same thing and then called the man who helped us. He refused to come back and said we had to pay to fill up the truck because his pumps were broken even though there were people there filling up their cars with gas. The rep told me to tell him that he has to give us the truck with a full tank of gas but he refused. Both the woman and man at this location couldn't speak English and refused to fill the tank. We got a 26' truck that cost us $170 to fill up before we even left. We refused to fill up at his location and went across the street to the BP. The manager on the phone was also useless. I refuse to ever use U-Haul again. The phone representative was so nice and felt so bad for us because no one would help us.

The guy at our pickup was so nice and helpful, bur the guy that was at the counter drop off was rude and threatened to charge us for a full day even though we only booked 3 hours and turned it in on time. We were having trouble with the app and he wasn’t understanding at all. Luckily we got it to work and everything uploaded at 3:20. I hope he doesn’t charge us for the full day. If he does we will dispute and call U Haul corporate to eliminate their partnership with this location.
Miah SThe individual I “spoke” with had no command of the English language. I told him what I was there to do and he mumbles something about a number. I showed him my phone and he just said “outside” after waiting outside I finally figured out I had to do it all on my phone, which I had explicitly said I did not want to do when I reserved the unit.

Carol MI was only at this location because my original reservation was cancelled by U-Haul due to lack of equipment in Statesboro, GA. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and received a call on Sunday morning (24 hours before reserved pick-up) stating there would be no 15-foot trucks in Statesboro. So, we drove 1 hours to Savannah and an hour back, then got started.
