Mr. McKinney is top notch. Our return experience was not good however because we were charged $25 cleaning fee which was not warranted. We absolutely took the time to make sure it was returned spotless. It is possible someone got into it over night because they are left unlocked and it was Sunday and there were no staff there to receive the truck when we dropped it off and left the key in the drop box, Still I don’t believe that should be passed onto us. Even the return emails came way late on how to return it using the app. I don’t believe Mr. McKinney was aware of these circumstances if, he did in fact issue that cleaning fee. Otherwise , we have dropped off there before and everything was top notch I would still recommend his location but we need our cleaning fee refunded. Thank-you
