How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was overcharged for fuel, no inspection of the vehicle was done prior to me taking possession and I was charged for a cleaning fee despite returning a cleaned vehicle. When I returned the vehicle within normal operating hours no attendant was there to receive the vehicle or inspect it. So I was charged for all these items after the fact. I believe I was scammed.

Iain AProbably the worst customer service I’ve ever had a Uhaul in my life. Trailer rented had damages all over it. Nobody helped me hooked up the trailer. Train was located at a different location than was indicated on website. Would highly not recommend this location.
MICHAEL AThe person responsible for U-Haul was on a break but the guy from another country at the counter said he was not there and let. His English was very poor. We had to pick up the truck 1.5 hours away at the last minute and his attitude was non challant. I was very stressed that he was not responsible. Good thing the other guy showed up after that and was ok.
