Il y a eu un 10min de confusion à mon arrivée quant à la prise en charge du camion. La dame à l'acceuil m'a dit que mon dossier indiquait une prise en charge autonome, alors que la veille, au téléphone, l'on m'avait dit qu'un employé allait s'occuper de moi.
Simon LUHaul nous a envoyé a cet endroit et la compagnie nous a dit qu'il n'en prenait plus.... mais elle nous a laissé le laissé la quand meme. Retour sur votre site interner difficile car nous n'avons pas fait la remise directement au moment ou nous avons laissé la remorque. Nous avons du rejoindre quelqu'un de chez vous pour nous aider a le faire a notre place
celine bIt's a bit far from downtown Sherbrooke, but it's a nice spot with plenty of space. *General comment: There was no room left to drop off the truck at two other locations before I called U-Haul and they sent me there.
Benoit PEssayer de choisir les adresses de retour plus proche. J'ai fait plus 25 minutes juste pour aller retourner le camion alors qu'il y a les agences qui étaient juste à 4 kilomètres de mon adresse et cela m'a coûté beaucoup d'argent non seulement en gaz mais aussi en taxi.
