The equipment was clean but the engine lite was on so we exchanged for another unit and the engine light was also on so we informed the booking agent and he said to use the unit anyway and we had no issues for the day. The agent was very helpful and courteous

Heather NI has originally booked for the 15" truck for this location on Saturday July 18th for 9 .m.. One hour before pickup I received a text and a voicemail that the truck was not available. U-Haul then booked a 15ft truck for the location at 41st and 118 avenue. This location only opened at 10 a.m. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. At 10:20 a.m. I called U-Haul as the store had not opened yet. The U-Haul rep tried calling the store location and then the regional/area manager and neither answered her call. I ended up booking the 15ft truck for Sunday at 8:00 a.m. I was offered a guarantee that the truck as there. On Sunday , the truck I requested was there. All things went smoothly on Sunday, but the help that I organized to assist me move on Saturday was not available for Sunday . So I ended up moved things by myself and ended taking longer which ruined my Sunday.
Ed RNone. I have rented from Coldshot Sherwood Park 3 times in the last 2 or so months and the staff have been on time, courteous, helpful, and the overall experience has been great and hassle free. It’s so convenient to have a location in the Park and I’ve had great experiences here.
