It took me 2 hours to pick up my U-Haul at this location because the cellular service was horrible I had to drive around in my suv to get cellular data reload the page so I had to keep starting over again then the lock box didn’t have clear directions on how to open not even on the link shared on the pick up page it’s a completely different lock than the one demonstrated in the video of the video would even load it was such a tedious experience which made me 2 hours late to my appointment which was the only reason I rented the U-Haul in the first place which evidently made the whole thing pointless waisted my money because I was late I didn’t even get the items that I needed thanks a lot U-Haul I am never renting from you guys again!

sarah vThe employee at the pick up location was not helpful at all. She told me I needed a code which I didn’t have. After contacting the 800 number i was told the employee was the one who had the code. Which turned out to be right. This took over an hour so I lost an hour of rental time. Pick up and drop off locations where not ideal. One was a liquor store the other a gas station. Liquor store was scary.
