James DThere were a bunch of plastic flowers, some trash, and a dolly in the truck that I had to remove. The lady told me there was 7/8 of a tank in the truck so I chose that amount when filling out the online form. In reality there was 5/8. So, I basically had to pay for gas later that was the previous driver’s responsibility. Recommend verifying for yourself the amount of gas before submitting your form so you don’t get tricked like I was.
Brian HWas overcharged for fuel when I filled it to where I started. Also had to pickup the truck at a secondary location without any notice from any staff. (Including in the app—I was told to go to one location and they sent me clear across town and nothing was changed in the app, I was given 0 notice.)
