I requested a drop off in Victoria. But when I collected my vehicle I was told I had to drop off it off in Sooke, a 40 minute drive outside of Victoria. Very poor. Also, at pickup, I was informed I would get a partial refund if I returned by vehicle one day early within my 3 day package. When I dropped it off, I was informed this was not the case.
