I thought I was getting a 6x12 trailer but the back end design makes it less than 5’4” wide. The mower I wanted to haul was 5’6” wide so it was all a waste of time and money.

Kristen SPeople handling the rental of the truck could not answer any questions pertaining to the rental. I was required to pick up from this location, even though I reserved from another location. This location was 20 miles further away from my load point. I asked if I would be given an extra 20 miles allowance due to this, not to mention extra fuel. They had no idea. I asked how tolls were handled since this location required a tollway to get to my loading spot whereas the original reservation location did not. They had no idea how tolls were handled. I never received a confirmation phone call the day before the rental to say that the location had been changed. Overall, a VERY poor experience.
James SCheck in and check out went very fast, vehicle in good/great condition. This is a retail store for other items and the person who waited on me treated me like one of their own customers.............Thank you.
