They charged me $58.05 for dropping off at that location for what they said was wrong location drop off when I had the proof of my rental with drop off location lady who I spoke to at that location wasn’t very friendly at all so I called customer who said they would get it taken care of and still nothing the real problem is how many people have they charged and them not pay attention to the reason for charges

Darlene VI WANT TO MENTION ONE THING, I HAVE A VEHICLE WITH WIDE TIRES, DID NOT FIT IN THE DOLLY AS IS, I HAVE TO TAKE THE WIDE TIRES AND PUT NORMAL TIRES IN ORDER TO GET IT UP, THE DOLLY WAS NOT AS WIDE AS I WISH! OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU!!!
