Avoid this location! Dirty, unkempt, filthy. Manager rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming, and surly. His bulldog, Micca, was fat and cute but licked my legs constantly. Her excrement was in the yard where the cargo trailer was stored in the backyard weeds. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. The skull and crossbones insignia was prominently displayed at the front counter on several tool boxes and summed up the attitude pretty well and my experience at this strange place of business. Had there been other 5 x 8 cargo trailers available at the other Steamboat U-Hauls, I would have walked out at the earliest convenience.
