The place was a dump, the equipment to process paperwork was subpar(ie. Cimputer) Attendant was knowledgeable and friendly.

We called location twice and individual acted like we were bothering him. If he was present when we arrived, he did not even come out of the building. I called Millard location when we returned to our hotel and spoke with Kaden to let him know we had returned the truck a day early and the lack of help from drop off personnel.
