After returning the vehicle we found out that the steering fluid was extremely low. We would have thought that would have been part of a mechanical check before we took the vehicle. The agent was very helpful when the app would not work. The app was of little to know use as it would never connect (might have been poor internet connection).

Easy, seamless rental experience. Equipment was perfect. Proprietor, Dan, was very nice and was especially helpful on pickup, when I needed to run to the nearby parts store to buy the correct size hitch ball and mount it on my hitch.
