Didn't have all equipment. It took too long.
LAMAR RGet a new cashier that doesnt seem twacked out honestly and ask personal offensive questions like "is your son autisic". That was outright rude and wouldve enacted a harsh response if we didnt need the uhaul truck that badly. Im talking about the older gentleman. The woman there was nice and not a complete donkey

Deborah BThe clerk on duty was great. However, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in this convenience store for the owner to “approve” the rental. The clerk has to call or text for approval and apparently he didn’t have a phone signal. They need a better system.
