The person at this location did not mention a single word about the after-hours service charge at checkout when we talked about a possibility of dropping the truck a little later. At that time, he even advised not to park the truck overnight and bring it to the place. When I called after I got the receipt, he only said it is on the contract which people don't pay much attention to. But it has no opening hours which I think should have on it. It is nothing but ripping off customers with a planned pitfall. To make it worse, the separate doc he sent me has on how to avoid the after-hours fee. The other thing is that the company changed my reservation to this place from the original place without contacting me. I really feel bad this time. I won't use this company ever again.
