The vehicle’s exhaust was making a very loud noise while driving, and this resulted in excessive fuel consumption. Also, I was charged a back charge even though I had refueled the vehicle. I have used U-Haul many times before, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I wonder if U-Haul is still providing the same level of quality and reliable service as it used to.
