The computer system was not working as expected and I was charged $100 more than I should have because the discount was not showing up as expected. I was told that I would only be charged the discounted rate when I returned and I was charged the incorrect higher rate. I was also not told of the return procedure and almost dropped off the keys and left which would have led to being charged a fee unnecessarily.

Trailer was in a ditch and was really tough to move with only 1 person. Other locations have man power to properly install the trailer on your vehicle. If your vehicle is not equipped with a back-up camera it's tough to get the trailer where it lines up with the ball. I never give any reviews, but I was really pissed. I spent 30minute finally installing it, where it should have been 2 minutes.
