When I went to drop off the trailer at this location, the attendant was helping another customer. They stopped processing their rental to ask what I needed. I said I was dropping off the trailer to which the attendant responded rudley "no, not at this location, I don't have you in the system". The attendant has now started working on my return as opposed to finishing with the customer who was their before me. I was happy to wait however they felt the need to address my return first. After proving on my reciept this was the drop off location, the attendant reluctantly said I could leave it outside but made a comment that they were too busy because the car wash was being replaced. Again, the previous customer had not been served. Another customer came in to pay for gas and the attendant helped this person while completing my check out. I feel bad for the individual who was there first and now was served ahead of two other customers. There was also another individual sitting behind the counter on his phone, not sure if they were an employee or not. The situation could have been handled better from a customer service point of view and the customer who was there first should have had their needs compelted before addressing myself or anyone else. A simple "Thank you, we'll get to you when we finish with this customer" would have been fine and I was happy to wait.
