I received a truck with a burnt taillight. Once realized and roadside assistance was called, it took nearly two and a half hours before the vehicle was serviced and couldn’t use the rental for its intended purpose of transporting equipment and my team had to spend money on a different last minute rental to complete our job.

Ben YWas told when I got there that the truck was not available. And wouldn’t be until 1:00 pm when the previous customer who was late would return it. I was told “you can wait or you can cancel”. Terrible customer service with no consideration of my obligations. That being said …. There were 3 trucks just sitting there which I was told had mechanical issues. Thankfully someone returned early so I got in my truck and managed to make my obligation on time but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This site has no contingency to account for customers who are late which I would think happens often and the attitude of staff in response sucks. There is no office so it’s extremely confusing finding the person that works at the location. No proactivity on the part of employees to assist and you’re left standing there in the sun wondering what to do.
