I would have appreciated a clear communication on exactly what to do upon equipment return. Such as, personnel will handle the rest so just drop the equipment on return and expect a receipt from u-haul and that the customer doesn’t have to do anything

The fella working was a nice guy but the lot was a mess and the truck was filthy. No office to do business in. If it’s raining you’ll be standing in it as you get your paperwork done. Also way too cramped.
Jordan SI was surprised to find how shady the whole experience was. Location was hard to find, no actual office for staffs to check people in. It was so busy that the staffs didn't have time to clean the trucks. No dollies when asked.

ben rThe parking was full and all the trucks parked at public street . I had to wait 2 hours in my truck waiting for the office to open just to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged extra for something that I don’t have a fault in it
