How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had trouble with the seat adjustment as a short person I always have to push it forward, the staff person was very helpful but it got stuck and wasn't ideal. I'd appreciate checking those sorts of things as it is a safety factor for me to reach the pedals. I ended up putting something behind me.
Anne BDeeply concerned when picking the vehicle up. I was unable to drive the vehicle off the lot without filling the gas tank out of concern that I would not be able to drive safely to the nearest gas station before running out of gas. The gas tank was nearly empty (10Mi to empty). Considering I returned the vehicle more then (32Mi to E) what I retrieved it as I should not have been charged the additional 50.88 fuel surcharge. Requesting that this money be returned. The associate had also communicated that I would not be able to drive it to other locations without first filling it with gas. This was incredibly troubling.

Jack EI booked 1 furniture dolly to move. When I went, They didn’t have any dolly for me. It made my move very difficult because I did not have time to find a replacement dolly. I would have got it from somewhere else or bought it from home depot if Uhaul couldn’t provide me the dolly. I hate that I was left hanging at the last moment. Truck was nice and clean.
