How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe are talking about the location. So basically it was great. But the only part that I dint like was the taking pictures with the website and filling up the forms. I had to do it three times because I couldn't correct the mistake and it also glitch once.
James Tthe clerk was very nice
JANELLE ANot a helpful location. Told rep I would be back because I left an item in the truck i thought i could donate, when I arrived they had already emptied it and planned to charge me
Angel CClean equipment especially the interior. The location was easy to find but the truck was not cleaned on the inside and when I returned the truck I the agent tried to charge me even tho the pictures showed it was dirty at pickup. I would recommend to a friend if those things were taken care of. Also I asked for dolly when renting online and no dolly was in the truck when picked up.
